Governance

St Mary’s DSG is a registered Not for Profit Company and Non-Profit Organisation and is overseen by a Board of Directors who is responsible for matters of strategic importance and ensuring good governance at the school. Directors are appointed by the existing Board members who normally select nominees from the various Board committees or else for their specific expertise. The Board members give of their time and expertise to St Mary’s without remuneration and do so because they are passionate about the school.
